When volume changes the job
A panel can honestly read a modest field. Past a certain size, fatigue replaces judgement. High-volume round reading splits the field into batches, applies one scoring frame, and reassembles a briefing the convenor can still defend.
Typical uses
- Seasonal or campaign hiring with a single criteria set
- Multi-site roles sharing one advertisement
- Graduate or entry rounds where the written field is large and the interview slots are few
How we keep scores comparable
One lead reader owns the frame. Sample dual-reads run at the start of each batch. Borderline bands are reviewed together before the consolidated note is issued. The aim is not speed for its own sake; it is consistent comparison under time pressure.
Starting a volume round
Write with expected numbers, the criteria set, and the hard date interviews must begin. We return a batch plan and a quote. Details sit on the rates page; the conversation starts at contact.
