  2. Current Schema Complexity: Evaluating a greenfield tracking plan requires different effort than refactoring 400+ undocumented legacy events.
  3. Event Ingestion Architecture: Pure client-side tracking vs. hybrid architectures with distributed backend worker pipelines.
  4. Data Warehouse & Endpoint Access: The degree of sanitization and documentation available for historical cohort analysis.

Payment Terms & Invoicing

  • Fixed Fee Engagements: Invoiced as 50% upon project kickoff and agreement execution, and 50% upon delivery and formal presentation of all final deliverables.
  • Retainer Engagements: Invoiced monthly in advance with a standard 3-month initial commitment period.
  • Payment Methods: Corporate international wire transfer (SWIFT / IBAN) and corporate transfer to our registered business account in Thailand.
