What a round costs, and what changes the figure
Prices are informational. Every vacancy is quoted from the pack you send. The figures below are starting points so a convenor can budget before the applications land.
Application file review
One vacancy. Scoring against your published criteria. Ranked shortlist briefing included. Starting band covers up to 20 applications; additional applications billed per file.
From AUD $1,850 · +$45 per extra application
Panel briefing sitting
Half day (three hours) or full day (six hours) with the panel in Greater Adelaide. Travel beyond that area is arranged separately.
AUD $920 half day · $1,640 full day
Vacancy and criteria wording
One role: revised position description, key selection criteria, and one comment round.
From AUD $740 per role
High-volume round reading
Batch plan, dual-read samples, and consolidated briefing. Quoted after we see field size and interview deadlines.
Custom quote
What changes the figure
- Number of applications and average length of statements against criteria
- Whether scores must map to a locked public-sector or enterprise template
- Turnaround tighter than ten working days
- On-site sittings outside the Adelaide CBD
- Additional comment rounds on vacancy wording after the first revision
How quoting works
Send the role title, the criteria (even in draft), and your expected field size. We reply within two working days with a fixed quote for that round. Work begins after you accept the quote and pay the deposit named in the engagement letter.
Deposits and balance
File reviews and volume rounds usually take a forty percent deposit to hold the reading window. The balance is invoiced when the briefing is delivered. Panel sittings are invoiced after the sitting unless a deposit was required to reserve a date. See the refund terms for cancellations and work already started.
What we do not sell
There are no monthly plans, seat licences, or “tiers” of software access. You are paying for hours of careful reading and for a briefing your panel can use.
